Message	symptoms remained unchanged until you screwed the idle screw back in (where it was before?)? What action preformed by you affected the change in your idle? I'm not trying to piss in your cheerios, just trying to follow the solution. Maybe something was inadvertently corrected when you re-pulled the plenum, and the idle screw being way out has the same bouncing idle symptoms?
